Vince Agozzino has over 20 years of Canadian Mortgage experience, including a long and successful career as a Mortgage Executive where he has worked with some of the country‘s major financial institutions. Vince also has also sat on the board as a Director of Mortgage Professionals Canada keeping him on the leading edge of the Canadian Mortgage Industry.
Vince has a very deep understanding of the Canadian mortgage market and he will certainly leverage his vast knowledge and experience to provide valuable and unique mortgage strategies and solutions to both the Capital 360 Mortgage Team and its customers.
Andre Dellino
Andre Dellino brings more than 20 years of specialized financial and mortgage experience and team leadership to Capital 360 Mortgage, with experience managing more than 500 million in funded loans in commercial, residential, construction and land financing divisions at leading Canadian Mortgage Brokers.
Andre accumulated his impressive mortgage knowledge and extensive financial service experience, which include mortgage lending, life insurance and financial investment, during his previous roles at both RBC and Scotiabank.
Andre’s counsel is highly valued by clients and staff alike for his deep and unmatched understanding of how to successfully negotiate difficult and complex loans, particularly with banking institutions, ensuring that the compliance of company and bank guidelines are always met. His leadership and mentoring have created a strong structural foundation at Capital 360 Mortgage, and have helped to improve documentation accuracy and completeness that help ensure an easy and successful close for every mortgage.
Aris Athanasoulakis
Aris Athanasoulakis is the Vice President of Commercial Financing at Capital360, leveraging 25 years of comprehensive experience in commercial lending across various asset types. In his role, Aris excels in structuring and managing complex financing transactions, providing solutions that cater to the diverse needs of clients while navigating market dynamics. His strategic expertise and lending experience enable him to enhance lending strategies, manage risks effectively, and drive successful outcomes for the company.
Known for his analytical rigor and client-centric approach, Aris has a proven track record of delivering high-impact results and fostering strong client relationships. Outside of his professional endeavors, he enjoys coaching soccer, playing sports and travelling back home to Greece where he spent his childhood growing up.
Aris holds a Bachelor and a Master’s Degree in Economics from York University.
Marco Molella
Marco is a motivated individual with over 7 years of experience in the finance industry, specializing in lending, financial planning, and advisory roles. As an agent with Capital 360, he leverages this extensive knowledge to provide personalized mortgage opportunities tailored to each client’s unique needs.
In addition to his role as a mortgage agent, Marco serves as the Director of Operations for Capital 360, where he manages all day-to-day operations at the brokerage. Whether clients are looking to purchase a home, transfer or refinance their existing mortgage, or seek a second opinion, Marco is dedicated to finding the finest solution for each circumstance.

Dale Clinker
Dale has been with Capital360 since 2019 and has nearly 10 years of experience in the financial industry. He has taken on a number of different roles under the company giving him experience in all facets of the business.
